Responsibilities:
- Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing project costs from inception to completion.
- Preparing accurate estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Ensuring projects meet both financial and technical objectives.
Experience Required:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors.
- Familiarity with building automation, HVAC systems, or eelectrical/mechanical engineering is a plus.
