The Role:

Cover lessons as required across the school, ensuring that students are engaged and supported appropriately
Provide additional support as required to the students outside of lesson time
Adapt lessons to support the needs of individuals within the classroom, including those with SEN and Behaviour plans
Hold high expectations for safeguarding and behaviour within school and adhere to policies with regards to this
Be committed to keeping up to date with subject knowledge and take part in additional CPD as required.

About you:

An enthusiastic practitioner with effective behaviour management techniques.
Hold a degree and C grade in GCSE or equivalent for Maths and English
Ability to inspire, challenge and support students in your classes
A driver is desirable but not mandatory as a station is nearby
You must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to gain one
You must have right to work in the UK and be able to provide proof of address
