We are excited to offer the opportunity for an inspirational and enthusiastic Welding Lecturer to join a great college group in South London. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and assessing on Levels 2-3 within the Engineering department. If you are passionate about electrical installation and education, this could be the perfect role for you.

Day-to-day of the role of an Welding Lecturer:
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students on Levels 2-3 courses.
  • Act as a personal tutor, promoting attendance and supporting students' academic and personal development.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development, and review activities within the Construction department.
  • Potentially lead one or more Electrical Installation programmes as Course Leader.
  • Drive continuous improvement in teaching standards and student outcomes within the college.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Welding Lecturer role:
  • A full teaching qualification or currently working towards one.
  • At least a Level 3 qualification in Welding.
  • Relevant industry experience or qualifications in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students..
