Job Role: Service Supervisor
Location: Bruton, Somerset
Salary: £30,000-£34,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-18:00 / 8:00-13:00 Saturdays (rotational)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Interaction Technical have partnered with a growing, market leading manufacturer of Agricultural Engineering Equipment based in the Somerset area to support the growth of their team. Due to the growth of the business, our client is now looking to add an experienced service supervisor to their team based at their Bruton site. The Duties:
- Liaise with engineering team to coordinate and allocate work for the service department.
- Book in customers machinery for repair and plan the engineers’ days effectively to ensure that all breakdowns and repair are dealt with efficiently.
- Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all work is completed as effectively and efficiently as possible by the service team.
- Liaise with clients to ensure that they receive efficient service and that all their needs are met to a satisfactory level.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of all services completed.
- Ensure that the workshop is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis, dealing with any potential problems that may arise efficiently.
The Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a workshop controller (essential) – preferably within the agricultural industry (advantageous)
- Previous experience in an office/workshop-based environment (essential)
- Proven customer service experience with client liaison experience (advantageous)
- Experience within the agricultural industry (advantageous)
- Full UK Drivers License
