Your Role:

  • Maintaining company compliance, training & record keeping.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Assist with scheduling and project coordination using cloud management systems.
  • Manage communications and documentation with clients & suppliers.
  • Help foster a positive workplace culture by supporting team initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous
  • A team-oriented personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Reliable & punctual.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and computerised systems.
