Assembly Operator

Do you have experience in production? We've got a number of key roles available in Redruth!Our client urgently needs Assembly Line Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global company based in Redruth.What will the role involve?* You'll be a valuable member of the team, using your excellent attention to detail assembling small parts* Able to work as part of a team* Confident at being able to complete paperwork* Full training and induction will be provided and you'll work with a supportive team.What else do I need to know?* You can start work immediately!* No weekends (but overtime available) Monday - Friday on a rotating shift between 6am - 2pm / 2pm -10pm with the flexibility to do a straight day shift and night shift if required!* Excellent rate of pay plus a shift allowance.* Excellent overtime rates.What are we looking for?* You'll need to have excellent dexterity* A good understanding of Maths and English* When things get busy you'll be able to work under pressure and 'muck in' as part of a team to achieve targets* With outstanding attention to detail, a common-sense approach and great interpersonal skills, you'll be motivated to do a fantastic job* Previous factory experience is not essential although would be beneficialWhat else do I need to know?* You must be able to demonstrate dexterity from previous job roles and ideally have a background in manufacturing background* The pay is £16.24 per hour inclusive of shift allowanceBut you may need to work the day shift also which is £12.80 per hour working Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm* The role is temporary with an immediate start* Opportunities for permanent positions for the right candidates!* You'll be working in a secure, safe environmentInterested?
