Morva Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of private care services across the UK. This role focuses on expanding live-in care, complex care packages, and supported living services.

We are looking for someone based in the South West, who is looking for a Hybrid opportunity with a proven track record in private care business development, securing self-funding clients, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand Private Care Services Identify and secure new private clients for live-in care, complex care, and supported living.
  • Build Referral Networks Develop relationships with social workers, community nurses, and healthcare professionals.
  • Create a Premium Care Brand Work alongside marketing to strengthen brand presence and outreach.
  • Engage Self-Funding Clients Guide families through private care solutions and service options.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management Maintain strong relationships with councils, NHS teams, and private clients.
  • Drive Sales & Growth Develop strategies for lead generation, conversion, and revenue increase.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis Stay ahead of trends in private care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within care, live-in care, or private healthcare
  • Ability to engage self-funding clients and develop private referral sources
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Business acumen with experience working with high-net-worth clientele
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously
  • A valid UK drivers license and willingness to travel
