Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Our client, a creative company based in central Reigate, is seeking a new team member to join their dynamic and forward-thinking office. This role involves working closely with the company owners, managing accounts payable/bookkeeping, and handling general office administration.

Responsibilities .

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
  • Checking purchase orders and invoices
  • Preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Reconciling bank statements and ensuring any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Working with the directors to help organise operations
  • Assist with administrative duties including filing, responding to emails and general office duties.
  • Making sure the office runs smoothly
  • Supporting freelance and contractors with admin duties as required

Experience/Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Previous accounts/bookkeeping experience essential
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Good interpersonal and team communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • IT literate with knowledge of accounting software
