An established training company that provides continuous professional training is looking to recruit a Part Time Course Administration Assistant

Approximately 500 hours per year and mostly in school term time.

Predominantly working from home but with the minimal requirement to travel to venues for administering courses approx. 6 times per year. (expenses paid)

To set up and monitor Zoom training courses. Starting the call prior to the course start time to allow speakers to join and set up and you would remain on the call until the course ends.

Check to ensure that the speaker video, audio and slides are working, spotlight speaker, admit delegates, and confirm attendance of delegates.

Hourly rate £15.50 per hour.

Clean driving licence and access to a car for the travel to venues to include taking the course materials (boxes of notes etc)
