Their 40 person team is now looking for new hires across the business to satisfy consumer demand.  With great offices in Reigate, some huge perks (like an on site chef) this is a wonderful opportunity with a genuinely lovely team.Job description – Marketing ManagerIn this Marketing Manager job in Reigate, you will play a lead role in developing the company brand. You will report to the Director of Marketing and Sales and will be given lots of creative scope and autonomy. You will look to grow market share and foster greater brand awareness, and will have the freedom to work across a number of marketing disciplines to consistently improve customer experience.To succeed in this role, you will need a genuine passion for holistic marketing and have the ability to proactively drive change. You will have lots of big ideas and the enthusiasm to make them happen!Key responsibilities -  Marketing ManagerIn this Marketing Manager job in Surrey, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for new and existing products, ensuring collaboration with the Commercial team
  • Expanding and developing social media presence – think Instagram, X and TikTok
  • Identifying relevant market trends and thinking of new product development opportunities across the wider business
  • Developing the voice of the brand - including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Creating brand plan and go-to-market strategies
  • Analysing the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns
  • Analysing sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales, return on investment and key performance metrics
  • Working closely with the Commercial and Insights team to coordinate the production of marketing materials and printed collateral
  • Working with the Technical team to manage existing product development – designing labels and trays for the product range 
Job requirements – Marketing Manager
  • Commercial experience in marketing and brand management. You have plenty of commercial examples of when you’ve helped improve brand performance and engagement
  • The confidence to thing big and execute these thoughts into successful marketing strategies
  • Prior professional experience in the B2C Marketing in the FMCG/ retail space would be a real plus
  • Ideally you have a BA in Marketing or Business
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills – you’ll be confident in simultaneously managing a variety of projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects and tackling new challenges independently
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results orientated 
  • Knowledge of the retail and tech industries would be advantageous
