Working Hours: Rotational shifts covering 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist with processing prize claims and arranging deliveries.
- Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
