Job Description
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their service needs with expertise, professionalism, and care. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, offering solutions to service-related concerns, and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and understand their service needs.
- Provide accurate service estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or in a customer-facing role in the automotive industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.

- Ideal working week of 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:00 - 12:30
