About the Role:Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking an organised, reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a great opportunity to work with a respected company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Communication: Handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Travel: Book flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Document Support: Prepare, proofread, and manage reports and presentations.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action points.
  • Admin: Maintain digital and physical files and assist with office tasks.
  • Personal Support: Help with research, scheduling, and personal tasks for the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a PA or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage.
