Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support in a fast-paced setting. Your role will be pivotal in managing complex diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, and organising meetings to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise the Chairman/Founder’s diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate and arrange global travel itineraries, adapting to changes and sourcing the best options.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritising tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence management.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at Chairman or Founder level.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong diary management and travel coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
