Our client

We are currently supporting an existing client of ours who are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their fast growing business. They are a market leader and have a consistent record of supporting client with a variety of services across the UK. Having an excellent reputation in the market, they are relied on by their existing customers to always go above and beyond for their clients. Due to growth, they are now looking to add to their senior management team. This role would suit an individual who is passionate about bringing the best out of their team.

Job description

  • Supporting a team of 5 individuals to help run the day to day operations of the business.
  • Conducting regular one on one meetings with staff members to discuss feedback and identify any training needs.
  • Managing a client base with excellent efficiency and responding to any urgent queries as they arise.
  • Discuss ideas on how improvements can be made in terms of service levels and customer management.
  • Work closely in a team leading division and attend weekly meetings on service reviews.
  • Ensure that SLA’s remain a priority with all client queries being managed in accordance with targets set in place.
  • Record all call information onto the CRM system with good attention to detail being applied at all times.
