Due to our impressive consistent growth within the IT & Telecoms sector, we have a new opportunity for an IT Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for all technical aspects of the sales process including fact-finding, discussions, solution design, technical specification, Pre-Sales proposals and tender responses.
This role requires an exceptional understanding of the Microsoft 365/Azure/Windows IT Portfolio, alongside complimentary products including (but not exclusively) Acronis, Microsoft Defender, Mimecast and N-able.
Join our Solution Design TeamYou will be responsible for:
Engaging with clients to understand and capture their requirements and create a plan for appropriate methods and timescales for the required work
Validating client designs to ensure they meet the needs of the business
Build a strong working relationship with the sales team, ensuring they understand the clients requirements to create a relevant solution and service offering
Capture and document business and technical requirements for client and validate the design principles
Salary £65-£75k DOE
25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
Remote with the occasional visit to a client site or the office in Reigate

Who are we looking for?We are seeking an IT Solutions Consultant with:
A minimum of 5 years industry/manufacturer experience including product related qualifications for installations and ongoing support technology solutions
Previous experience working in a Pre-Sales/Solution Design Consultant role is essential
Any experience working on large tender opportunities with a bid management team is advantageous
Microsoft certified in M365 and Azure ecosystem
Microsoft certified with experience of Windows Server and PC
Experience with Microsoft Teams
Experience with Acronis, Microsoft Defender, Mimecast and N-able
Knowledge of Cloud computing solutions (Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V)
Experience with CyberSecurity Technologies (EDR and XDR etc) is desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a simplistic manner to end users, departmental heads and c-level directors
