- Custom Reporting: Create reports and dashboards, utilizing tools like Power BI for actionable insights.
- Collaborative Analysis: Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate requirements into functional specifications.

- Technical Proficiency: High exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proficiency in creating reports.
