What You’ll Do:

• Deliver expert, telephone-based advice to our clients on which protection policies are most suitable for them.
• Stay updated with the latest product and market changes to provide the best advice.
• Manage your business pipeline effectively and maintain high standards of compliance.
• Work with other departments to ensure great client outcomes.
• Meet set business levels - all inbound inquiries, no cold calling or lead generationrequired.

Who You Are:

• An experienced Protection Adviser or a professional from another sector who can demonstrate a transferable skill set.
• Hold RO1 and RO5 qualifications or equivalent. We will sponsor you to achieve these if required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to comprehend complex information.
• Confident and self-motivated.
• Experience in financial services is a benefit.
