Bennett and Game are delighted to have partnered exclusively with Brookworth Homes based in Reigate, who are seeking a Land Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Land Manager to join a company with a current turnover of £50 million and with steady growth plans anticipated. Our client is genuinely proud of their product, and are widely considered one of the premium house builders from both a specification and build quality perspective in the Home Counties and southeast of England.

This is an exciting time for a Land Manager to come on board with a business who currently have 14 developments in progress ranging from high-spec apartments through to 5&6 bed houses of a high-end and high-spec nature.



Land Manager Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Expectations: £65k to £80k DOE
  • Car Allowance £550 - £650 a month DOE
  • Bonus Scheme - to be discussed
  • 23 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • £50 mobile phone allowance

Land Manager Job Overview

  • Site searching and identifying of potential schemes
  • Reporting to the Head of Land
  • Working with regional teams on large sites understanding feasibility/opportunity
  • Engaging in land and planning promotion with the relevant authorities
  • Dealing in Strategic Land & Land Trading with; agents, developers and land traders
  • Keeping up to date with the policy requirements of each LTA
  • Negotiation with vendors and institutions
  • Network with local landowners and agents


Land Manager Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully making land deals
  • Working for either a Developer or Land Trader
  • Prior experience in Strategic Land / Land Trading is essential
  • Good level of familiarity with the local area
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full UK Driving License
