An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner to join a well-established residential developer in Reigate. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality residential schemes across the region, playing a key part in the planning and development process.
The Role
- Managing planning applications for residential developments
- Assessing new land opportunities and preparing planning appraisals
- Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants throughout the planning process
- Monitoring planning policy changes to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field
- Experience in planning, ideally within a developer, consultancy, or local authority
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and the residential development process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
