TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a property consultancy and market leader who are looking for a ProjectManager to oversee the delivery of stock condition surveys within the Social Housing Sector.

The ProjectManager will be responsible for managing stock condition contracts ranging from £10k to £2.5 million. This role involves hiring and managing surveyors, coordinating, and validating data, liaising with clients and updating them with weekly progress meetings etc

Key Responsibilities.

  • Survey programming and co-ordination of surveyors activities.
  • To act as the day-to-day point of contact for the Client.
  • To co-ordinate and validate the data returns from the site inspections.
  • Monitor and maintain the project database and the Practices information management system.
  • Maintenance of clients asset management databases
  • To provide regular progress reports to the Client and to conduct meetings.
  • To regularly update the Project Partner on progress.
  • Project output reporting (cost forecasts, condition summaries etc)
  • Ensure that surveyor auditing is completed.
  • Investigate any resident or client complaints.
  • Invoicing in line with the payment terms and validation and approval of invoices received.
  • To assist the Project Partner with tendering and fee proposals where necessary
  • To interview potential surveying candidates
  • To provide/facilitate training for other team members.
  • To deputise for the Project Partner where necessary
  • Hybrid Role (Office based in Reigate, Surrey)
  • Salary-up to£35,OOO(DOE)

We will ideally be looking for candidates with project management experience within the social housing sector as well as an understanding of stock condition surveys.
