About the Role:
We're looking for a Planning Coordinator to join a dedicated team in Reigate. Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for coordination and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dynamic Planning Coordinator with a proven track record in coordinating / scheduling.

In this vital role, you'll be responsible for managing schedules, liaising with clients and internal teams, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Planning Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align priorities and time lines.
  • Act as the central point of contact for updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and any changes.
  • Maintain accurate records, update systems, and prepare reports to support planning and operational decisions.

Planning Coordinator will have / be:

  • Proven experience as a coordinator / scheduler preferably within the service industry
  • Highly organised with brilliant communication skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
