Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. This role is a self employed position.

Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:30am to 16:00pm

Benefits: Work is between Reigate & Cobham, own van with insurance paid for, excellent salary

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Assemble and install plumbing fittings and fixtures according to specifications.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
  • Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
  • Conduct basic mathematical calculations for measurements and material requirements.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople on site, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
  • Level 2 NVQ minimum
