Overview: We are on the look-out for a determined and organised individual with the ability to throw yourself into every task to join McGill’s Health & Safety team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow and develop but more importantly get your foot in the door with one of the fastest growing transport companies in Scotland! 

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the Health & Safety Manager with the day-to-day operations and analysis of performance data
  • Become a super user on the company CRM system, MITAS to support information requests for all depots across the country
  • Taking ownership of the performance and fault analysis spreadsheets, inputting updates and pulling information for the wider business
  • Managing the trackers for business requirements including first aid training, monthly vehicle inspections and defects
  • Working towards developing your data analysis skills to review data, identify trends and present to key stakeholders
  • Supporting other departments with the technical bulletin drafts
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain high operational standards

Salary:£23,712 per annum.

Working week:Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 35hrs a week.
