Location: County Durham - Office Based

About the Role: Our client, a prominent insurance provider, is looking for a dedicated Complaints Handling Specialist to join their dynamic team. Initially on a temporary basis, this is a newly created role and has the opportunity to go permanent longer term.

Responsibilities:

  • Log complaints on internal system
  • Ensures investigations are initiated and completed with required timescales
  • Root cause analysis & close loop resolution
  • Facilitates continuous improvement & first-time resolution
  • Conduit between compliance & LOBs to support improved customer journey opportunities
  • Performance Reporting

Experience Required:

  • A good knowledge of the Insurance industry and regulatory bodies/frameworks
  • Experience of complaint management "cradle to grave" management
  • Proven experience resolving complex complaints
  • Organised and able to manage own priorities and workload effectively
