About the Role:Â Our client, a prominent insurance provider, is looking for a dedicated Complaints Handling Specialist to join their dynamic team. Initially on a temporary basis, this is a newly created role and has the opportunity to go permanent longer term.
Responsibilities:
- Log complaints on internal system
- Ensures investigations are initiated and completed with required timescales
- Root cause analysis & close loop resolution
- Facilitates continuous improvement & first-time resolution
- Conduit between compliance & LOBs to support improved customer journey opportunities
- Performance Reporting
Experience Required:
- A good knowledge of the Insurance industry and regulatory bodies/frameworks
- Experience of complaint management "cradle to grave" management
- Proven experience resolving complex complaints
- Organised and able to manage own priorities and workload effectively
