We are now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Build Sales Executive to join our North Midlands division at our DN22 development

Key Purpose of the Role-Sales Executive

To be responsible for achieving new home sales in line set targets, maximising revenue wherever possible, whilst ensuring the customer always receives the highest level of customer service.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities- Sales Executive

  • Manage the sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, completions, and additional purchaser extras from the Excellence Range to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Maintain contact with purchasers, their IFA, Solicitors to monitor the progress of the sale whist maintaining weekly contact with existing purchasers on all aspect of build progress, keeping records of conversations on plot files. 
  • Maintain the marketing Suites and show homes in line with the company brand and standards.
  • Conduct weekly checks on, on and off signage, development websites Rightmove websites, highlighting any errors or amends to Sales Manager/ Sales Administrators.
  • Be familiar with new build competitors in the area and research to acquire knowledge of all amenities in the local area.
  • Monthly reporting on competitor analysis.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with local Estate Agents to attract new leads.
  • Utilise the company’s purchasing assistance positively promoting our nominated solicitors and upsell purchaser extras from the Excellence Range to enhance company revenue.
  • Ensure plots are ready for home tours and legal completion by completing inspections and reporting and findings to the Site Manager

Experience/Skills Required -Sales Executive

Experience within a housebuilding company in a similar role is essential.

  • High performing and self-motivated with a proven track record in new build sales.
  • Up to date knowledge of the new build industry and housing market
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDPR and its implications, the Property Misdescription s Act, Data Protection Act and the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
  • Computer literacy essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload.
