Are you a passionate and qualified Grade 3 Teaching Assistant seeking an exciting opportunity in the Retford area? We are currently recruiting for a temporary position to support local primary schools with their cover requirements across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

About the Role

As a Grade 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, development, and well-being. This is a flexible role with the potential for temporary-to-permanent contracts for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons
  • Assisting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in their learning and development
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
  • Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Requirements:
  • Cache/NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
  • An Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting)
  • A strong commitment to helping children achieve their potential and thrive
