Salary of upto £200 a day (£1000 a week / £52,000 per annum) PLUS overtime DOE. Up to £25 p/h

The role:
You will be working on RCVs Refuge vehicles, Bin Lorries, Diesel and EV vehicles. Heavy goods vehicles (HGVs).
Day shift Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 17:00
- Overtime available
We are looking for qualified and time servedHGVTechnicians who can demonstrate a thorough understanding of commercial vehiclemechanical dynamics.

The type of work you can expect to be carrying out includes (but is not limited to)
- Routine maintenance
- MOT preparation / completion
- Scheduled servicing to DVSA standards
- 6 weekly inspections
- Correction of running defects
- Chassis and fabrication / welding work
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Improvement of vehicle standards
- Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections
You will be carrying out inspections to a varied and diverse fleet.
Requirements:
- Ideally you will be fully qualified (City & Guilds), NVQ or equivalent.
- Additional accreditations such as IRTEC or an EV qualification would be desirable, as would anHGV or Class 2 licence.
