Occupational Therapist - Band 6

Location: Rhyll

Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing

  • Mon-Friday 37.5 hours a week
  • B6 level. working in an acute frailty unit
  • The Frailty Occupational Therapist (OT) will provide specialized assessment, treatment, and support to patients experiencing frailty, particularly in older adult populations.
  • The role focuses on promoting independence, improving quality of life, and enhancing the functional abilities of patients, enabling them to live safely within their chosen environments.
  • The OT will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care and may work in diverse settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health, and community-based environments.
  • This role requires a compassionate and skilled individual who is passionate about supporting the frail and older adult populations.
