Are you a Key Account Manager or similar, looking to work in a well-established healthcare manufacturer / distributor in a period of high growth, who can offer future opportunities to progress, training on EU exportation and full autonomy to own your role and make a difference?

On offer is the opportunity to join a group of medical companies, who are undertaking a massive period of growth. The company provide medical mobility equipment for both domestic and commercial clients, these include stairlifts, hoists, slings and other crucial devices.

You will be the central point of contact for all export queries, managing quotations, processing orders, shipping administration and back office support, you will also oversee a team of 2. You will engage with both customers and internal departments to provide an excellent service and ensure standards are upheld as well as driving existing and new business in line with business strategy.

This role would suit a Key Account Manager or similar, looking for the opportunity to work with a growing company, where you will be responsible for a key element of the business within a company who make a difference and prioritise their staff.

The Role:

• Central point of contact for Export enquiries, overseeing 2 operatives
• Driving new and existing business in line with companies growth strategies
• Quote and Order Processing
• Manage EU invoice process in line with regulations
• Shipping administration / back office support
• Monday to Friday - 37.5 hour week

The Person:

• Key Account Manager or similar
• Background in Customer Service
• Commutable to Rhyl
