Some of the Sales Administrator duties are:
- Providing top-tier administrative support to UK and international sales teams
- Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records
- Organising meetings, travel, and activities for the sales and commercial teams
- Generating reports and data to help identify new business opportunities
- Supporting in the delivery of certification labels and EU packaging label work
- Attending meetings and industry events where required
- Working closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
