Sales Administrator

South West London

9am - 5pm

A manufacturing company based in South West London are looking for an experienced and organised Sales Administrator to join their growing team.

The client is looking for someone who has strong attention to detail and who has office experience in a sales administration role.

The main purpose of a Sales Administrator role is to:

  • Dealing with sales enquiries and inputting them onto the system
  • Processed customers with quotes and inputting them onto the system
  • Dealing with purchase orders
  • Doing month end reports and monthly rental billing (this will be a few months into the role)
  • ID Checks
  • Setting up agreements
  • Inputting manual invoices for all companies
  • Calculating inter-company payments
  • Coding and checking invoices

Sales Administrator Specification:

  • Excellent IT skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Databases)
  • Experience in Xero, Sage and QuickBooks is beneficial for the role
  • Reliable, self-motivated and can work as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and organisation
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Quickly adapt to new techniques, processes, technology and other ways of working
