We are currently looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a prestigious seasonal venue, open from March to September. This is a unique opportunity to manage a small team in a high-profile setting, delivering fresh, seasonal menus with a focus on event catering. The venue is completely closed from October to March, offering a significant break during the winter months.

Role Overview:
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu planning, ordering, and event catering. You'll work alongside an assistant chef and kitchen porter to deliver exceptional food for polo events, weddings, and brunches.

Weekly Structure:

  • Monday - Day off
  • Tuesday - Operations meeting and weekly ordering
  • Wednesday & Thursday - Prep for the weekend
  • Friday - Event catering with a street food offering
  • Saturday - Brunch service in the morning followed by wedding catering (latest finish around 8 pm)
  • Sunday - Lunch service from 12 pm to 4 pm (finish by 5 pm)
