My clients are currently searching for an ambitious Sous or Head chef to run and take forward this kitchen in the Yorkshire Dales.
This new opening is seeking to create a small seasonal menu sourcing the finest local ingredients. The property will seat around 30 - 40 covers.
All candidates must have the highest standards and experience
Key points needed for this Head Chef role
Create a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Sourcing of produce
Financial management of the kitchen hitting gps etc....
Work closely with the Owners
