What's involved?

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing, leading and executing strategic sales plans in order to drive new business across the MICE and Elite sports segments, whilst targeting and building new relationships, delivering additional revenues. In addition you will attend and represent the resort at industry events, exhibitions and arrange regular FAM trips as well as report of key sales on a weekly and monthly basis.

The successful candidate will have a min. of 3 years of previous Sales Management experience within Hospitality and preferably from a resort or similar leisure background. You will have proven knowledge of the local area (London/Home counties) and an excellent understanding of CRM Management, communicator and public speaker.
