Site Manager - Steel Erecting

CPR Recruitment are looking for a site manager for a steel erectign project based inRichmond, Greater London, TW10.

Our client, a reputable construciton company, are looking for somebody to start ASAP and complete an ongoing project inRichmond, Greater London, TW10

Temp to perm

SMSTS / SSSTS is required, other tickets and qualifications are benefitial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise steel erection operations on-site
• Ensure health & safety regulations are strictly adhered to
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise
• Maintain quality control throughout the project

Requirements:

• Proven experience in steel erecting and site management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to start ASAP
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification (preferred)
