- Researching event logistics, such as times, dates, flight itineraries, and visa requirements.
- Preparing invitation letters and building event-specific spreadsheets and databases.
- Editing and managing content for event registration websites.
- Mail-merging invitations and liaising with delegates regarding their attendance, travel, and accommodation.
- Providing logistical and technical support for both face-to-face and virtual events.
- Supporting pre-event and post-event activities, including managing materials and processing expense claims.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for delegates, delivering excellent customer service throughout.
- Current university enrolment (or recent graduate).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A positive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer service or people-facing role is a bonus but not essential.
