Are you a dynamic, organised, and cheerful individual looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join ur client where you will be supporting the Vice President/General Manager! Their vibrant office is just a short 6-minute walk from Richmond train station.

What You'll Do:As Office Manager/PA, you will be the backbone of their office, supporting the Vice President in various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Calendar Coordination: Manage the Vice President's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
  • Communication Hub: Act as a key point of contact, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
  • Document Management: Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organising company events, meetings, and team-building activities that brings their culture to life!
  • Budget Oversight: Help manage office budgets and keep track of expenses.

Who You Are:They are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a proactive approach to their work. You should have:

  • Experience: Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
