We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Office Manager to join a very successful, growing organisation in Weybridge in a hands on role looking after the day to day running of a busy Design Studio. We are looking for someone who is highly professional with excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with HNW clients on a daily basis. A flexible, positive nature is essential - this is a varied role where no two days will be the same!

Please note that this role is fully office based in Weybridge, hours are Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30.

Alongside a competitive salary of up to £50k the company offers excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 26 days plus Bank Holidays), enhanced pension contributions and annual bonus.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Studio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of the IT system, liaising with IT support company to manage any issues, upgrades or changes
  • Management of insurance policies across the business, including annual renewals
  • Handling any deliveries to the office
  • Assisting with imports and exports where required
  • Administration for all company vehicles
  • Organising overseas travel for the Directors
  • Responsible for any issues with the building / facilities, maintaining a close working relationship with the landlord
  • Managing and improving office systems / processes including document templates, work scheduling etc
  • Managing meeting room bookings including ensuring that meeting rooms are presentable for client presentations
  • Purchasing of office supplies
  • Organising staff events including Christmas party
  • Welcoming clients and guests and offering refreshments

This role requires excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail and high levels of professionalism and discretion.
