Position: Office Manager

Duration: 3–6-month contract (with potential for permanent placement depending on business need)

Salary - £30-40,000 Pro RataLocation: Sunningdale/Ascot (may move to Windsor in the future)Working Days: 5 days (1-2 days in office)

Role Overview:

Join our vibrant team and take on a multifaceted role where you'll be responsible for:

  • Office Management: Oversee office duties and maintaining an organised workspace.
  • Contract Initiation: Support the MD in drafting and managing contracts.
  • Invoicing and Payments: Issue invoices and track payments to suppliers.
  • HR Administration: Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new starters and ensure smooth operations.
  • Timesheet Management: Handle timesheets for 12-40 associates and liaise with the accountant for payroll.
  • Booking travel: Assist in booking international travel for staff to visit global clients or attend conferences.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required: this is a small company, where everyone chips in and helps one another!
