The School - PRU TA

A brand new, specialist Pupil Referral Unit in Richmond, Southwest London, the site cater to 90 children of both primary secondary ages who have struggled to access mainstream education. The students have been referred to the site for a variety of reasons, such as: having disrupted home lives, having anxieties towards attending school or previously displaying adverse behaviours.

The Role - PRU TA

In this role as a PRU TA you will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4 who have struggled to remain in mainstream education. The needs of the students at this site can be challenging, so the ideal PRU Teaching Assistant will have prior experience of supporting within a Pupil Referral Unit (although experience of working within an SEMH school will also be relevant).
