Infrastructure Support Analyst - Perm - Richmond

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 pa

Location: Richmond hybrid 3 days on site

We are on the look out for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our growing team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be an integral part of how Infrastructure is core to both on-premises and how we operate.

The Infrastructure Support Analyst is responsible for the Cloud Platform and on-premises environments. A dynamic team full of a wide array of skills, a passion for what they do and high drive for success. To implement and maintain the Technology infrastructure. The post requires the role holder to help deliver, support, review and take ownership of all infrastructure projects and tasks.

Infrastructure Support Analyst key responsibilities:

• Support and monitor Cloud based Production Systems
• Administrate Identity and Access Management across Cloud technologies
• Core Server Roles: IIS, AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, CA
• Implement and document new IT Solutions for the business, project managing them from inception to completion.
• Assisting the service delivery teams with incident resolution via a support ticketing system
• Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans.

Infrastructure Support Analyst Essential Skills:

• Azure / Intune
• AWS
• Cisco DNAC
• Active directory
• Patch Management deployment
• Excellent knowledge of supporting and maintaining server hardware
• SQL 2012 and above
• Office 365
