IT Talent is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our global payments client for an Outsourcing Programme Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating large-scale programmes across multiple workstreams, ensuring regulatory compliance (including FCA requirements) and delivering at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities

? Programme Delivery: Oversee multi-functional workstreams, developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.

? Documentation & Reporting: Review, critique, and contribute to programme documentation for internal reviews and regulatory submissions.

? Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interact with senior and executive-level stakeholders, tailoring communications to ensure buy-in and accountability.

?Risk Management: Identify potential issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical concerns as needed.

? Continuous Improvement: Enhance governance, internal controls, and reporting practices to maintain high-quality standards. Essential Skills & Experience

? Proven Programme Management: 7+ years delivering complex programmes within a regulated environment, ideally with FCA exposure.

? Leadership & Communication: Comfortable presenting at executive or board level, with the ability to translate complex information for varied audiences.

? Regulatory Know-How: Experience managing projects under UK regulatory frameworks; strong understanding of compliance and governance.

? Organisational Agility: Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

? Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM tools such as MS Project is beneficial.

? Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus but not mandatory.
