Team Leader/Line Leader Needed
SureStaffing UK Ltd are looking to recruit Team Leader/Line Leader for our client based in Leeds, LS9 area. Our client produces a wide variety of allergy-free meal options.
This is a temporary position, with the possibility of being made permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities and Duties of Team Leader/Line Leader:
- Overseeing daily production operations and managing production staff
- Ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety protocols, especially in allergen-free areas
- Monitoring production lines to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Assisting with preparing and packing food, as well as preparing orders for distribution
- Training, supervising, and motivating production operatives
- Monitoring quality control throughout the production process to ensure consistency and compliance
- Reporting any issues or breakdowns to management and working to resolve them promptly
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar environment is essential
Please note: This role involves working in a chilled environment.
Working Hours for the Team Leader/Line Leader role:
- Monday to Thursday
- LATE SHIFT
- 4-day working week
Shift Times:
- 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM
- 30-minute break (unpaid)
Pay Rate for Team Leader/Line Leader:
- 12.50/hour
