About our Client:My client is actively seeking a min 2PQE Family solicitor to join their fast pace firm. They are searching for a candidate who will fit in well with their working environment due to their main goal being 'well being' and a commitment to assuring a hard working, yet an enjoyable workplace. Dealing with High Net Worth Private family law files, mainly financial proceedings.
The Role:You will be an ambitious family lawyer, motivated and keen to progress your and provide high quality services to your clients. You will run a full caseload, dealing with a variety of work including matrimonial finance & divorce and private child law cases to include:* Divorce and separation* Financial Settlements* Children matters* Civil partnerships* Cohabitation* Domestic violence* Collaborative law* Mediation
The Ideal Candidate will be:* A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years' PQE* Experienced in dealing with both private and publicly funded matters* Experienced in networking and business development
