This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-calibre team and a diverse client base, primarily local high-net-worth individuals, on a range of private client matters, including cross-border matters.About the TeamThe Private Client Team consists of 5 experienced solicitors and 4 skilled paralegals. The team handles a full range of private client work, including wills, estate planning and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and trusts, as well as some cross-border matters, for a range of high-net-worth clients.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including:

  • Drafting wills and providing estate and tax planning advice.
  • Administering estates and probate.
  • Advising on and preparing LPAs.
  • Creating and managing trusts.
