  • Lifetime and succession planning.
  • Advising on the structure of Wills as part of broader estate planning strategies.
  • Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Creating, administering, and winding up trusts.
  • Overseeing estate administration.
  • Meeting regularly with clients to provide expert and pragmatic advice.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members to support their legal and professional development.

This position includes a hybrid working model, with an expectation to spend three days per week in the Richmond office.Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5-7 years' experience managing their own caseload of private client matters.
  • STEP qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • Previous experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members or a readiness to take on management responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • The ability to manage complex cases involving high-net-worth clients, international assets, and intricate family dynamics.
