LHH Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Accountant for a leading manufacturing company in North Yorkshire.
This is a 3-6 month contract position offering a salary of £400 per day, outside IR35.
The role is primarily remote, requiring only 1-2 days on-site each month.
Responsibilities include investigating tax issues, writing reporting policies, and identifying training needs for the finance team.
Candidates must be fluent in German, have extensive experience with German accounts, and ideally be qualified or QBE.

3-6 month contract

400 per day (outside IR35)

85% remote, with 1-2 days per month on site in North Yorkshire

Responsibilities:

Investigating & resolving tax issues
Writing policies & procedures for reporting
Identifying areas in which the finance team needs to be trained & what they need to look out for

Must be fluent in German / highly experienced with German accounts & ideally qualified / QBE

Reporting to Group Finance Director
