Duties:

  • Covering Reception
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and making sure the correct processes are followed regarding signing in etc
  • Assisting students with queries 
  • General admin for the team 

Requirements:

  • A professional telephone manner and personal demeanour, to provide a warm welcome to the school
  • Previous SIMS experience
  • Highly reliable with a positive attitude to work
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and excel knowledge
  • Previous school Admin/Receptionist experience 
  • You will need a full DBS (or happy to apply for one)

Additional Requirements:

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
