Role: Temporary School ReceptionistLocation: Richmond, London

Duties:

Covering Reception
Answering and directing calls
Meeting and greeting visitors and making sure the correct processes are followed regarding signing in etc
Assisting students with queries
General admin for the team

Requirements:

A professional telephone manner and personal demeanour, to provide a warm welcome to the school
Previous SIMS experience
Highly reliable with a positive attitude to work
Excellent Microsoft Word and excel knowledge
Previous school Admin/Receptionist experience
You will need a full DBS (or happy to apply for one)

Additional Requirements:

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
