About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CSDM Specialist to join our client's team. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective implementation and alignment of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) with the business needs. You will be working closely with stakeholders to design and build robust CMDB data models and service maps, ensuring adherence to best practice frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Expertise: Utilise your 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM, to lead and deliver successful projects.
  • Data Model Design: Design and build CMDB data models that align with the CSDM best practice framework, ensuring consistency and reliability across the organisation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with client stakeholders to build detailed service maps for critical business services within the ServiceNow CSDM.
  • Workshops & Solutions: Facilitate design workshops, create data models, and recommend solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices, driving optimal outcomes for the business.
  • Integration Management: Lead the integration of ServiceNow CMDB with other data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.

About You:

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly within ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
  • Proven track record of designing and building CMDB data models aligned with CSDM best practices.
  • Strong experience in engaging with client stakeholders to deliver tailored service maps for critical business services.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to run workshops and recommend best practice solutions.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow CMDB with various data sources.
